Having been exposed to and worked with hundreds of businesses and thousands of leaders, we have identified 4 fundamental truths about successful businesses.
Purpose
The pursuit of a meaningful purpose, alongside the pursuit of profit motivates and mobilizes people in a way that pursuing profits alone does not. A compelling purpose is the foundation for a culture that fosters sustained commitment and dedication to the business’s goals.
Performance
Performance is the ultimate measure and definitive indicator of a well-run business.
Perspective
How leaders view and interpret the marketplace, the beliefs they hold about running and growing a business, their philosophy about managing, are all filters for making decisions. Leaders that are perpetual learners, who are open and continually expand their perspective are better able to adapt and make decisions to position their businesses to compete in the ever-changing marketing place.
Persistence
Persistence, and the willingness to overcome a wide range of obstacles, usually determines the fate of a company. Business leaders who build systems and culture, drive discipline and accountability by tackling obstacles head-on. These are the leaders who are most likely to grow the most profitable and effective businesses.

Principal and Founder
Butch Gunter is a Principal and Founder of P4 Strategies, LLC. Butch is recognized as a business turnaround expert specializing in developing industry-recognized leaders and teams, strong sales growth, and performance, all based on a foundation of purpose-based intentional culture.
Butch has been recognized and awarded corporately, industry-wide, and nationally for his executive leadership performance. More importantly, in addition to his awards, he has mentored and grown dozens of individuals who have gone on to be recognized on a site, regional, corporate, industry-wide, and national level.
Butch’s philosophies are grounded in timeless principles learned from academia, elite athletic coaches, and business experience.
In addition to his corporate success, as an entrepreneur Butch successfully launched, grew, and sold two businesses in unrelated industries.

Madelyn Yucht
Principal and Founder
Madelyn Yucht’s is a Principal and Founder of P4 Strategies, LLC. Her entire career has been laser-focused on achieving optimal performance.
As an entrepreneur, she grew and sold three businesses.
As an academic, she holds degrees from both the Harvard Business School and the Kennedy School of Government. While attending KSG, she managed a research project at the Harvard Business School looking at what positions an organization to be world-class in the 21st-century global economy.
As a master executive coach/consultant, she has over 25 years of experience working with hundreds of senior leaders and their teams around the world to help develop and advance their ability to achieve optimal performance and reach their goals.
Her primary work is with entrepreneur Owner/Founders of mid-size businesses and corporate C-suite executives along with their teams, helping them address the challenges leaders face today such as; setting a strategic trajectory, reinvigorating stalled growth, managing hyper-growth, building strong teams, cultivating a thriving culture and optimizing talent.
Madelyn has traveled extensively around the world in public, private, and non-profit organizations. Sector focus has been: Financial, Banking, Manufacturing, Environmental, Energy, Healthcare, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Technology, Utilities, Transportation, Services, Retail, Education, Legal, Government, Entertainment.
Madelyn’s unique breadth and depth of experience and expertise enables her to aid leaders and their teams to not only see new, bold possibilities for themselves and their organizations but more importantly, how to get there.
