Growth Engine Indicator
The Growth Engine Indicator (GEI) Report is a comprehensive dashboard that shows how effectively a business’s growth engine is functioning.
Designed to provide a diagnostic scan similar to an MRI, the GEI report gives a detailed, magnified picture of a business’s strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities.
A Business Growth Engine is comprised of 10 core operational “Gears.” When the 10 “Gears” are aligned and functioning at optimal performance levels, the Growth Engine will provide the traction needed for growth. Conversely, if any one “Gear” or combination of “Gears” are underperforming or misaligned, growth and profitability will be adversely impacted.
The essential preemptive question The Growth Engine Indicator helps business leaders answer is, “Are the current performance levels strong enough for the business to achieve its objectives?”
